With over a hundred years of textile experience our workforce produce superior quality goods.

Traditionally we have supplied major mail order companies but are now also expanding into retail.

Quilt Manufacture

A bale of highly compressed hollow fibre is loaded into the carding machine and teased into individual fibres

Quilt Manufacture

The individual fibres are then gently placed together and formed into a non woven layer of quilting.

The thickness and weight of quilt determines the tog rating.

The quilt material is then placed between two layers of woven fabric and the whole sewn together.

Quilt Sewing

The sewn quilting is then cut to length and sewn and the ends sewn together to make the traditional quilt.

All quilts are manufactured to BS 5335 1991 specification

Pillow Sewing

Pillows are made in the traditional way with the insert of bicomponant hollow conjugate fibre.

All pillows are manufactured to BS 5852 Part 2 Specificattion

Warehouse

Finished goods are then stored in our warehouse waiting for despatch.
