Security As the payment section of our website is secure all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you are still concerned about security you can e-mail your credit card details, fax them or telephone our sales department on 01282 700338 where we will be pleased to receive them verbally.
All credit/debit card payments are not charged to your card until the goods are despatched.
Making A Selection could not be easier. All you have to do is browse through our product categories and click on any items that you wish to buy, select the colour, the size and the quantity required and they will be added to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
In the event that you wish to change your order delete the items not required & re-select.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for your order and delivery charge, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after delivery. Deliveries And Charges Your order will be entered into our system immediately on receipt and a confirmation email sent to you.
We normally use 48 hour carriers and carriage charges are added automatically to the order total. All orders under £50.00 (inclusive of VAT) will incur a non-refundable delivery charge of £5.00 (inclusive of VAT). Order for £50 or more and get FREE delivery. Back-Orders If all or any part of your order is not in stock, with the agreement of the customer, that which is readily available will be despatched immediately and the balance treated as a back order. These items will be sent within an agreed timescale. Customers have the option to cancel any incomplette or unfufilled back-orders.
Tax Charges All items are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) and this is included in the displayed prices
Payment Terms Until satisfactory references are given and received all orders must be paid for by a Credit/Debit Card or by Cleared Cheque.
Returns Policy. Cancelled items must be returned to us together with proof of purchase, at the customer's expense and responsibility, however we will refund delivery charge if the goods are faulty. Then either replacement or a full refund will be issued. If you fail to return the goods, or send them at our expense, you will be
charged the direct cost of the return.
