When can I expect my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

If you require your goods sooner, you can choose a UK mainland Next Working Day Delivery Service (Only applicable if order is placed before 2pm)


How much is my delivery?

We have a minimum delivery charge of £3.99 for UK mainland deliveries. All shipments are sent using a registered, insured courier. We offer a Next Day delivery service for £9.99 and charge only one flat fee for however many items you order.

We also offer overseas delivery. The cost will be displayed in your shopping basket on the website when your desired country is selected or alternatively, you can email us at sales@lancashiretextiles.co.uk.


Can I collect my order?

Yes you can! Based in the heart of Burnley, Lancashire, we also sell a vast range of products - both perfect condition and slight seconds - on site in our factory shop. Just let us know before placing your order that you'd like to collect from us.


What is your returns policy?

In the interest of hygiene, our products are not for home approval. You can find our returns policy here.


Can I cancel or amend my order?

Our orders are dispatched promptly, therefore we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This applies to all aspects of the order, including products, delivery options, address details etc.

To cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you can refuse delivery or follow our returns process within 14 days of receipt of your goods.


My item is faulty

We're sorry that your item is faulty. All of our items are subject to thorough testing before being hand packed to minimise any issues.

Do you sell wholesale?

ORDERS

1. Can I cancel or amend my order?
Due to our prompt dispatching, we may not be able to amend orders once they have been placed. This applies to aspects such as delivery options, shipment addresses or product amendments. If you need to get in touch about an order you placed, please give us a call and we will help in the best way we can.

If you purchased through our website or over the phone then please contact us directly through the contact us page here, if you purchased through Amazon or eBay then we ask that you contact us through there as per their policy

DELIVERY

For orders of £50 or over then standard delivery is free, for orders below £50 then a delivery charge of £3.99 will apply for UK mainland deliveries. All shipments are sent using a registered, insured courier. We offer a Next Day delivery service from £7.99 and charge only one flat fee for however many items you order.

2. Do you ship to other countries?
We also offer overseas delivery. The cost will be displayed in your shopping basket on the website when your desired country is selected or alternatively, you can see a list of countries we ship to here.

5. I missed my delivery, what do I do now?
Don’t worry if you have missed a delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your order again up to 3 times. If after the third attempt the delivery has still been unsuccessful, then your order will be returned to us.
