Our suction grab bars have two pressure switches, one on each end, which create a powerful vacuum and holds the bar firmly in place to help you maintain your balance in the bath or shower. The high quality plastic suction grab bars can easily be attached to many surfaces and can be used horizontally or vertically. Simply lift up the two blue pressure switches and push the bar against the surface you wish to use, once in the desired place push the switches back down. To remove, lift the switches up and pull the bar off. Due to the suction of the grab handle the blue switches will require some firm pressure to close and open. We have a number of customers that use these to steady themselves whilst getting in and out of the bath or shower for help lowering themselves onto the toilet and rising. Or even help to open the fridge! The suction cup diameter is 95mm. The grab bar should be reapplied at each use.
